Couriers Association of India (CAI) was registered
on 13th January, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra
under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Click

to see Registration Certificate). The main objective of formation
of CAI is to promote and protect the interests of the Small / Medium
/ Indian Courier Companies operating both in the Domestic and International
sectors. To achieve this, CAI is actively involved in regular liaison
with all concerned Government Departments, Ministries and other
Authorities with a view to ensuring that it's members interests
are protected and it's inputs are taken into consideration before
any changes / new policy decisions are made / implemented, for the
overall benefit of the Indian Courier Industry.
